Formula
Food equals travelers multiplied by days and daily food. Activities equal travelers multiplied by the per-person activity amount. Shared totals are added once. The grand total is divided equally for the per-person and per-person-per-day views.
What to add separately
This estimate does not retrieve prices or exchange rates. Consider taxes, tips, insurance, visas, connectivity, baggage, parking, local transport, emergencies, personal shopping, and a contingency allowance where relevant.

Which expenses are treated as shared?
Lodging, transportation, and other shared costs are entered as totals for the whole group. Food is per person per day, and activities are per person for the whole trip.
Does per-person cost mean everyone must pay equally?
No. It is a simple equal split for planning. Actual contributions may differ by room, ticket, meal, or personal purchase.
Are currency conversion and price changes included?
No. Use one currency consistently and add a separate allowance for exchange-rate movement, tips, taxes, emergencies, or changing prices when appropriate.
Is this a booking quote?
